"Those who listen, don't fight." - Fritz Perls
Life is hard. It's beautiful, it's devastating, it's complicated. And it does not have to be lived alone. I believe that seeking help is such an act of bravery, and I will be here on your journey as long as I am welcome. It is my privilege and purpose in life to walk alongside you as you search for your own fulfillment, direction, and answers. Our therapeutic relationship will be caring, kind and full of curiosity.
